Summary of book:

Amélie had a wild horse of anger that was completely out of control. Her grandmother came to the rescue, teaching her that understanding her brain (and body) was the key to taming it. Grandma explained that her brain is like a two-level "treehouse" with a wild bottom floor for feelings and a logical top floor for thinking. She taughtAmélie simple tricks to get to the top floor, and with time, Amélie learned to tame her anger for good.
